ABOUT THE PROPERTY
This gated property is made up of a combination of contemporary modern and classic epoch architecture providing the best of both worlds. Perched on the sea side hills made up of a thousand shades and colours, you lose track of time gazing at the splendors of the local flora and fauna . Cool and breezy mountains with panoramic views that stretch to the horizon, this Villa provides guests with a wonderful “edge of the mountain jungle” feeling.
Made up of a master bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom, two spacious bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds and shared bathroom this home is ideal for a group of 6 people or less. The nicest feature of this house is having the option to open the entire ocean and pool facing glass wall. The lovely cooling breeze is constant, making it a comfortable temperature throughout the day, and at night you might even wish to use a blanket! The open concept and vaulted ceiling of the kitchen and living space is also great for keeping the interior at cool temperatures so no air conditioning is ever needed.
The Villa is located just a 20 minutes drive from Dominical and its beautiful beaches, and is accessed by a gravel road just off of the main paved road that leads to the lovely city of San Isidro 30 minutes away which is known for its wonderful local fruit and vegetable markets . The property is an hour away from the Chirripo National Park which has the county’s highest mountain. A four by four vehicle is needed in order to get to the Villa.
For those of you who like cooling off after a day at the beach or hiking the mountains , there is a large swimming pool which is surrounded by beautifully landscaped grass and gardens.
A good 4×4 vehicle is needed to access this villa.

Please notice that during January and February we have cicadas which make a chirping sound during daylight hours. Some years they are louder than others, and this is not under our control as the whole area has them here.

The house is very nice, the location is close to the waterfalls and beaches. Dominical is close as well. You can see many birds around. The little garden is very lovely.

This was my 2nd time staying at Louey’s. The first time was with friends, and this time I went with my family. We had an amazing time. Beds were comfortable and everything that you could think of was provided for. But the best part of the house was the stunning sunset views.
Wonderful place to stay up in the hills but not too far from the coast. House is simple and clean and we loved the infinity pool and hot tub and used them daily. Thanks for a great stay!
Loved the house. Basically brand new, amazing pool you can actually dive into, and such a beautiful house. Louey handled all of our questions almost instantaneously, couldn’t have asked for more.
Fantastic location, amazing host, and a splendid home. My friends and I stayed at this place for 4 days and had a blast! It is about a 15 min. ride to Dominical and a 30 min. ride to Uvita, both of which are amazing beaches. The house has great amenities for those lazy days.
This is a great place to stay for future travelers. It’s in a great location with a beautiful view. There is plenty of space for bigger families and as well a pool to hangout in. The place was very clean and had everything you needed for your stay.

Pictures do not do justice, this is an awesome place. Brand new construction, very clean, confortable beds. The view is a dream. Excellent management.,We lost water service because someone broke a pipe. We called Louey and we had the water back within one hour. Will definitely be back in the near future.
Amazing views! Secluded space, clean space. As long as you are ok with an exotic bug or two nothing should be problem staying here I would recommend to anyone and would love to come back in the future!
I’m not even sure where to begin on describing this absolute piece of paradise. As Airbnb superhosts, we have very high standards for our accommodations. This home surpassed them all. If the distance from the beach is a concern for you, there is nothing to worry about! The pool (and hottub) at this home are perfect for cooling off and lounging about, and the beach is close enough that my husband and his friend popped down to Dominical every morning to surf.
This house and property are amazing! The house is beautiful and perfectly accommodated our family of five. It is clean and airy. Even with no air conditioning we were very comfortable at all times. The kitchen is easy to work in and you have a beautiful view the whole time.
This is the most excellent property you can imagine! It has everything you could possibly want or need. The home is brand new, modern amenities, clean, spacious and very easy to live in during your stay. The property is gorgeous and meticulously maintained yet it allows nature to welcome itself all around the property. Exotic birds and butterlies are everywhere and the energy surrounding the home is peaceful and tranquil. I literally could not get enough of this place because it was absolutely heavenly!

Staying at this oasis just outside Dominical was the absolute perfect vacation for relaxing and enjoying life! It is a lovely home with a GORGEOUS view of the sunsets over the jungle – no photo can do that experience justice!
This place was so fabulous that it will ruin all subsequent AirBnBs for us. The view is fabulous, sunsets are epic, and swimming in the pool is a wonderful way to start and end each day. The fresh eggs from the hens were also much appreciated.
Wow, wow, wow! This place was amazing, very clean, better then the pictures and almost everyday we had to make sure we were back at the villa for 4:30 to shower up and get ready to watch the best sunsets we’ve ever seen. From start to finish, Louey of Gecko Property Management communicated very well and in a timely fashion, he was punctual when we originally had to meet and gave many pointers/quick lessons we had to know and understand.
