ABOUT THE PROPERTY
This spectacular villa nestled in the peaceful town of Dominical, making it walkable and easy to access a variety of beaches, great restaurants and amazing activities and tours. In this lovely home, each and every detail including the plants and art work were used to help create overall harmony by resonating with the natural surroundings. This property is only steps from the well known surf break so you can hear the waves from the master bedroom. You can enjoy the town and sprawling beach while mingling with the friendly locals , and there is even a health food store with great organic and in season products. Guests will easily spot toucans and iguanas in neighboring trees and green areas. The private swimming pool is another great feature to help make your holiday a memorable one!
Villa del Sol is made up of 3 bedrooms with oversized queen beds with individual A/C, two and a half bathrooms, a very pretty kitchen with high end appliances including dishwasher, and a quaint dining room. There is also a BBQ grill and new, confortable outdoor furniture in the garden patio. Vacation in the lap of luxury while you experience Costa Rica from this villa surrounded by the coastal hillside jungle. This villa is a wonderful place to experience the local culture and cuisine . You will definitely know the meaning of “Puravida” when you have stayed at Villa del Sol!

This place was as close to staying in something in the U S that I have stayed in Costa Rica! The place was amazing! Louey was very helpful and attentive, he takes good care of the place and is there when you need something. The house was very clean and though fully decorated. We felt right at home!
Great spot, there was plenty of room, the kitchen had everything we needed. Outdoor area was very pleasant with a small pool. All the furniture was comfortable and in great shape. The place is about a two minute walk to the beach and maybe five from the village. It was nice being right in town where we could just leave the car and walk everywhere. Louey the manager was great. Communication and check-in/out were fantastic.
Can’t say enough about how great this place is. The location is great, just a short walk to the best surfing beach around. Cute restaurants and very cute town. Make sure to look outside at the pasture across from the villa at night- fireflies everywhere! It’s like the entire pasture lights up. The pool is perfect to cool down after a hot day at the beach. The house has everything you need and then some. Louey was so fast to respond to any questions and helped with anything we needed. Definitely the highlight of our trip and would have loved to stay longer. Next time! Pura Vida!
RENT THIS HOUSE! The house is actually even more beautiful than in the photos, and it literally has everything you will need. We stayed here 5 nights over Christmas with 6 adults and 1 child and it was perfect – we were able to have fun family meals because the kitchen was so well equipped, enjoy sunsets every evening on the beach that is only a 5 minute walk away, and cool off in the little pool in when it got too hot. Everything about this place was perfect and Louey was an exceptional host, replying promptly to every question I had during our stay. He even provided helpful guidance in advance of our travels so we could plan accordingly. Dominical is a fun, quirky little town and the beach was actually the nicest we visited. You will not regret selecting this delightful place!
