ABOUT THE PROPERTY
Sea side Villa just steps to Dominical Beach. Providing the best of both worlds, this property is made up of a combination of contemporary architecture and a beautiful walking distance to the beach location. Consisting of two levels, this lovely home offers 3 bedrooms, each with queen size beds. Master bedroom and guest bedroom are upstairs. There are also two balconies on the second story. On the main level you will find a fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite counter tops and bar as well as stainless steel fridge and gas stove. Another guest bedroom is also found on the first floor as well as a half bath, open concept living area and a dining room. You will find an A/C unit in each room of the villa including living room for your confort. Allow yourself to sit back by the pool or on one of two balconies and listen to the ocean’s waves crashing just a couple of hundred meters away.
This Villa is located just steps from the beach and its warm aquamarine waters. The vibrant town of Dominical and its numerous amenities is just a ten-minute walk away. The property is close to the Marino Ballena National Park and other unspoiled beaches. A four by four vehicle is not needed in order to get to the property, but we highly recommend you have one if you would like to travel around.
For those of you who like cooling off after a day at the beach, there is a nice private swimming pool for your enjoyment. In the garden guests could run into some lizards, butterflies, and tropical birds which inhabit this beautiful part of the pacific coast!

Stayed first week of Dec. Was great villa with good layout, amenities & location. We would stay again. Liked all the little extras (like crushed ice, boogie boards & fish scaler). Professionally maintained property so an AC issue in down stairs bedroom was addressed quickly and was hassle free. Great experience.
The place was great! Very clean, great location to the beach! It was nice having a pool to cool off in after a day at the beach as the ocean water was pretty warm. It’s exactly as described but much better being there in person. We would definitely come back and stay here again!
This was our second time to Dominical and this house couldn’t have been better. It was very comfortable for our family of 5 with lots of space for everyone. It’s on the edge of town so there are lots of birds and iguanas and the beach is just a few minutes walk away. What we loved about the place – close to beach, pool, BBQ, lounge chairs by the pool, comfy couch, and some small things that may sound odd but really made the place – floating lounge chairs for the pool and a fridge with cold filtered water and a crushed ice machine. Nothing better than having crushed ice for smoothies and a chair to float in the pool! Louey (from the property management company) was great and very responsive to any questions we had leading up to and during our stay. If you go we highly recommend staying at VIlla Del Mar!
Great spot close-in to Dominical! Very nice townhouse with private pool, right in Dominical, 2 minute walk to beach and super mercado. Saw toucans and lots of other birds. Well equipped and Louey was an excellent host. There were 4 in our party but would work great for 6 too.
Our family stayed here six nights in December, 2017, and we really enjoyed the place and the location. We were surprised at how nice the home was – modern and attractive interior, nicely decorated, fully equipped modern kitchen, fast internet, nice yard, pool, balconies, AC, privacy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all comfortable and modern. The location was great – an easy walk to the beach, surfing, restaurants, and to a grocery store, with open space in front and back of the home. We enjoyed the Dominical location and the surrounding area with it’s more rural feel, less traffic, more natural settings. Louey (our host) was very responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to come back and stay again! Thank you!!
We were so impressed with this villa, it exceeded our expectations! We had stayed in Dominical once before, had seen the villas and had always been curious what they were like to stay in as the location can’t be beat. The villa was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The scenery was gorgeous and the pool was clean and cool! There are 2 beach chairs, many large beach towels, 2 pool floaties, and some pool noodles. The beach chairs were so so great to have every day! The manager (Louey), was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this rental and will definitely use it again if our travels bring us back to Dominical.
This listing was even more incredible than the pictures made it out to be. The house was perfect, the location was perfect, close to the beach and amazing local places to eat and drink. Also the on site contact, Louey, was very friendly and helpful. I’ve already recommended this listing to friends and look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful house with very comfortable beds and a great small pool. Walking distance to the beach. The property manager, Louey, was extremely helpful and even found us some items we needed for our baby. A wonderful stay for sure!
The house was perfect for our family. It was close to the beach, shops and next to the cows and horses. The pool is refreshing and the house was furnished with beach chairs, pool toys and a little boogie board too. The check in was simple. The property manager, Louey is great, quick to respond to any need you have. The house is comfortable and elegant, decorated with Costa Rican touches.
Well managed – close to everything (even the cows :)) – low key and relaxed – private yet close to everything you want to explore.
