ABOUT THE PROPERTY

Stunning ocean and sunset views make this place an ideal choice for guests. Cool breezes are almost constant here and the location is very ideal as it is just minutes away from the beach and all other amenities. This gated condominium community is very safe and tranquil so you can rest easy. Enjoy a bite or a beverage from the deck which overlooks the ocean then take a dip in the cool waters of the swimming pool which has a relaxing waterfall feature and is just a couple of steps away!

Perched on the coastal hills overlooking the stunning Pacific coastline, it offers guests spectacular ocean views. It is not uncommon to see Howler monkeys and toucans while enjoying a beautiful sunset. It is conveniently located just 7 minutes to the nearest beach. If you enjoy surfing, Dominical beach and its well know break is only a 12 minute drive away. The extensive swimming pool facilities will help you cool down and relax without having to leave the comforts of this place.

The SWIMMING POOL  and the adjoining UMBRELLAS and TABLES are shared but often are not being used by other guests.

Please notice that during January and February we have cicadas which make a chirping sound during daylight hours. Some years they are louder than others, and this is not under our control as the whole area has them here.
