ABOUT THE PROPERTY
This gated oasis with 3 private suites is walking distance to the beach and also to the quaint town of Dominical with all its amenities. The location is ideal if you wish to explore this gorgeous area which is internationally recognized for its lush flora and fauna. The suites have beautiful colonial style tropical hardwood furniture which blends beautifully with the lush outdoor gardens and old growth trees. It is normal to see resident iguanas around the shared pool and BBQ area which makes for great photos and fun!
Guests must use designated covered guest parking. The suite numbers are indicated above each parking spot. If guests have a second vehicle it must be parked in the uncovered large communal parking area that is adjacent (it is not permitted to use another suite’s covered parking spot).
It is important for guests to know that this gated property is located beside a major coastal road and traffic noise is unavoidable. There is a cement wall which helps lowers the noise level.

Everything was perfect with this stay at Louey’s place. We had a great communication, property has a good position, and terrace and it’s surroundings are maybe the nicest ever. I liked the greenery, creek, and the whole setup. Highly recommended!
I was a woman travelling alone and felt very safe. It was quiet, clean, convenient and I felt like home.
Being close to the highway made it perfect for driving. I would definitely stay here again.
