One of the best features of this house is having the option to open the entire ocean and pool facing glass wall. Enjoy the constant cooling breeze that provides a comfortable temperature throughout the day. At night you might even wish to use a blanket.
The open concept and vaulted ceiling of the kitchen and living space is also great for keeping the interior at cool temperatures.
Villa las Brisas is located at just 20 minutes drive from Dominical and its beautiful beaches. The property is accessed by a gravel road just off of the main paved road that leads to the lovely city of San Isidro. A four by four vehicle is needed in order to get to the Villa.
For cooling off at the end of the day, there is a large swimming pool with beautiful landscaped grass and gardens. Around the property you will find rain forest and a variety of tropical fruit for your enjoyment.

Please notice that during January and February we have cicadas which make a chirping sound during daylight hours. Some years they are louder than others, and this is not under our control as the whole area has them here.

The incredible lushness of this unique mountain coastline area is sometimes compared to Hawaii and other world famous natural meccas. Surrounded by second growth forest, the property hosts all kinds of wonderful flora and fauna for your enjoyment.
It is just a few minutes drive to the warm waters of Dominical beach. The ever popular Tinamastes organic farmer’s market is also just a couple of kilometers away (held every Tuesday morning).

There are three smartly spaced out bedrooms, consist of one master bedroom with a king bed. Also has en-suite bathroom which has two sinks, large closet with a work space, and private access to the pool.
The second bedroom is made up of one queen bed, plenty of closet space, its own access to the pool area as well as ocean views. A shared bathroom is located between the second and third bedroom. You will find two twin beds and a large closet in the third bedroom, with windows that look into the jungle forest.
Luxury meets practical with extra amenities. This includes a premium water filtration system so you can enjoy the delicious drinking water without any worries.
The covered car port right by the main entrance to the villa is very convenient. There is a separate laundry room with top of the line washer and dryer for guests use. Enjoy the covered poolside patio with a stainless steel barbecue if you like to cook outdoors.

Seaside Villa just steps to Dominical Beach. Made up of a combination of contemporary architecture and a beautiful beach side location. Provides an open concept in the dining and living room.
Consisting of two levels, this lovely home offers 3 bedrooms each with queen size beds. Master bedroom and guest bedroom are upstairs. There are also two balconies on the second story.
On the main level you will find a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite counter tops, stainless steel fridge and gas stove. Another guest bedroom is also found on the first floor as well as a half bath.
For convenience, you will find an A/C unit in each room of the villa including the living room. Allow yourself to sit back and listen to the ocean’s waves crashing just a couple of hundred meters away.
This property is located just a few steps from the beach and its warm aquamarine waters. The vibrant town of Dominical and its numerous amenities is just a ten-minute walk away. Villa Del Mar is close to the Marino Ballena National Park and other unspoiled beaches.
A four by four vehicle is not needed in order to get to the property. We highly recommend you to have a 4×4 car if you would like to travel around.
For those of you who like cooling off after a day at the beach, there is a nice private swimming pool for your enjoyment. In the garden you could run into some lizards, butterflies, and tropical birds which inhabit this beautiful part of the pacific coast!

The 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom villa is just steps to the beautiful beach of Dominical. There is a master bedroom with en suite bath and another bedroom with adjacent bath.
On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, living room, half bath, and a third bedroom. The exterior space provides an area to dine or relax by the private swimming pool in privacy. Ideally located walking distance to the beach and the town centre.
This villa has been outfitted with solar panels and a solar hot water heater, making this an eco-friendly option. Enjoy AC in the living room, and also in the two upstairs bedrooms.
The villa is located on a quiet street in Dominical, just 200 meters (600feet) from the warm ocean water. It is close enough to the beach to hear the waves. In the back where the private swimming pool is you can gaze up into mature tree canopies and take in the abundant flora and fauna.

Condo Marisol is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house, very close to the beautiful beaches of Dominical and Dominicalito. There is a master bedroom with king bed and en suite bath. The second room has a queen bed and a bath.
On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, living room, dinning area and a half bath. The exterior space provides an area to dine or relax with the nice swimming pool and ocean view.
There is also a BBQ and lounge chairs in the garden patio. The property includes common areas like the large and amazing infinity pool and pool chairs. You will definitely know the meaning of “Puravida” when you have stayed at Condo Marisol!

No, your country’s driver’s license is valid in Costa Rica for the duration of your tourist entry stamp. When driving always carry your passport or a copy of the ID and entry stamp page, showing proof of legal status in the country.
Yes, but the exchange rate is not favorable. Try and change currency at a local bank. If you must get colones at the airport, exchange the bare minimum and then head to a bank to exchange larger denominations. Airport taxi drivers will accept U.S. dollars.
Many Costa Ricans speak conversational English in the tourism industry. As you travel into more rural areas of the country, you will encounter more people who speak only Spanish. Ticos (Costa Ricans), are known for being friendly so if you’re having trouble communicating, a smile, hand gestures and an English-Spanish dictionary will serve you well.
Costa Rica is internationally recognized for its top-notch medical services both public and private, thanks to its wealth of skilled surgeons and state-of-the-art facilities. For minor aches and pains, visit a local pharmacy. All pharmacies are required to have a licensed pharmacist on staff, and they can diagnose certain ailments and prescribe medication on the spot.
Although 4WD is not a must, in order to visit many of the touristic attractions you will need to go on gravel roads which are not always in the best shape depending on the season. If you wish to visit more remote areas out of the town centers, 4WD is highly recommended and sometimes necessary.
Tipping is not customary in Costa Rica, but in the tourism industry tipping for professional services is universal. It is considered polite to tip guides and drivers for performance and services rendered. While largely a personal decision, a tour guide may be tipped $2-$10, depending on the size of your group. Note that all restaurant bills include a mandatory 10% tip, and leaving extra is uncommon. With that said, if you experience good to over the top service then leaving an extra 5% to 10% encourages the staff towards better service tendencies which are largely lacking in Costa Rica.
For citizens of the United States, Canada and most European countries, you must present a valid passport upon entry. Immigration will stamp your passport with your approved length of stay – usually 90 days for tourists. For all entry requirements, please visit your own country’s official passport & visa website.
The nearest International Airport is 3.5 hours from Dominical, and is called “Aeropuerto Internacional Juan Santa Maria”, or (SJO). In order to get here you will need to take Route 27 San Jose-Caldera, and once past Orotina head South on the Coastal Highway (Route 34). Continue heading South passing the towns of Tarcoles, Jaco, Parrita and Quepos. You will reach Domincal 30 minutes after Quepos.
